Feature Management lets you control which optional UpOrder features and third-party integrations are available in your email template builder.
Use this page when you want to enable a new template type, turn on a newer component experience, or make a supported third-party component available inside the builder. Most features can be turned on or off without editing template code.
How Feature Management works
Open UpOrder from your Shopify admin.
Go to Feature Management.
Find the feature or integration you want to use.
Turn it on.
Open the relevant template in the builder and add or configure the newly available component.
Save your changes and publish the updated templates to Shopify.
If a third-party feature depends on another Shopify app, make sure that app is installed and configured before you add the component to your templates.
Features
Subscription Notification Templates
Adds subscription-specific notifications to the template builder so you can customize emails for recurring order events. Setup steps are here: How To Enable Subscription Notification Templates.
Enhanced Discount Component
Enables the newer discount component experience, including more flexible discount offers. Setup steps are here: How To Enable Advanced Discount Components.
Third-party components
Sufio
Sufio lets you add professional PDF invoices to supported order-related notification emails.
To use Sufio with UpOrder:
Make sure Sufio is installed and configured for your store.
Enable the Sufio integration in Feature Management.
Open the relevant order-related notification template in the builder.
Add the Sufio component to the template.
Save and publish your updated templates to Shopify.
Tracktor
Tracktor lets you add a Tracktor tracking link to supported shipping notification emails, so customers can track their orders from your notification templates.
To use Tracktor with UpOrder:
Make sure Tracktor is installed and configured for your store.
Enable Tracktor in Feature Management.
Open the relevant shipping notification template in the builder.
Add the Tracktor component to the template.
Save and publish your updated templates to Shopify.
Grapevine Post Purchase Survey
Grapevine lets you collect post-purchase feedback from customers directly from supported notification emails.
To use Grapevine with UpOrder:
Make sure Grapevine is installed and configured for your store.
Enable the Grapevine integration in Feature Management.
Open the relevant post-purchase notification template in the builder.
Add the Grapevine component to the template.
Save and publish your updated templates to Shopify.
You will need to publish your updated templates to Shopify before these changes are reflected in your live notification emails.
