How to control which features & integrations are available in the email template builder using our new Feature Management Dashboard.

Within the Feature Management Dashboard, you can simply toggle on or off advanced features and third party integrations without any coding requirements.

Features

  • Subscription Email Templates: Add and customize subscription-specific templates within your template builder and keep customers informed about their recurring orders. (Link Article 2)

  • Enhanced Discount Component: How to enable the latest discount features provided by Shopify to create more compelling offers for your customers. (Link Article 3)

Third Party Components

Sufio

Add professional PDF invoices to your email notifications automatically.

Once enabled, you can add the Sufio Component in order to include PDF invoice attachments in your order-related emails:

To set up Sufio:

1. Enable the Sufio integration in Feature Management

2. Navigate to the appropriate email template

3. Add the Sufio component to your desired email templates

4. Save and publish your templates to see the changes

Tracktor

Add a tracking link to your Shopify email templates to help customers track their orders.

To add tracking links to your emails:

1. Enable Tracktor in Feature Management

2. Navigate to the appropriate email template

3. Add the Tracktor component to your shipping notification templates

4. Save and publish your templates to see the changes

Grapevine Post Purchase Survey

Collect valuable customer feedback with post-purchase surveys directly in your email notifications.

To start gathering customer feedback:

1. Enable the Grapevine integration in Feature Management

2. Navigate to the appropriate email template

3. Add the Grapevine component to your post-purchase email templates

4. Save and publish your templates to see the changes

Remember to publish your updated templates to Shopify for any changes to take effect!
