How to I add my social media accounts to my social icons?

There are 2 ways to add social links to your templates. Either through the Dashboard or in the Builder.

From The Dashboard:

You can add the URLs of your social icons in the Company Settings.

  1. Start by clicking Settings from the left-hand navigation menu:

  2. Scroll down to Social Links. Here you will find the area to add your social links:

  3. Once you have added your social links, be sure to click Save at the top:

IMPORTANT: In order for the social media links to redirect properly, please ensure that you have "https://www.facebook.com/" instead of "www.facebook.com" or "facebook.com".

The "https://" must be included in order for the links to redirect properly.


You will need to publish your updated templates to Shopify for these changes to be reflected in your notification emails.

From The Builder:

You can add the URLs of your social icons from the Template Footer component settings.

  1. Click the Template Footer component:

  2. Click the Social Icons drop down from the right-hand side customization menu:

  3. Then, click the Edit social links button:

  4. Add in your social links and press the Save button once you are done:

IMPORTANT: Once again, in order for the social media links to redirect properly, please ensure that you have "https://www.facebook.com/" instead of "www.facebook.com" or "facebook.com".

The "https://" must be included in order for the links to redirect properly.


Once again, you will need to publish your updated templates to Shopify for these changes to be reflected in your notification emails.
