Your email footer can show your store name, support email, phone number, mailing address, website link, and social links. UpOrder stores those details in Company settings and uses them when your notification templates are generated for Shopify.
Update your footer contact information
Open UpOrder from your Shopify admin.
Go to Settings.
In Contact Information, update the fields you want to change.
Click Save.
Fields used in the footer
The Company settings page includes the main footer details:
Company Name
Website URL
Sender email
Phone number
Street address
City
State / Province
Country
ZIP / Postal code
These values are also used by the default footer placeholders in the template builder, such as the store email, store name, store address, and phone number fields.
Make the changes live
After updating Company settings, save and publish the affected notification templates to Shopify. Shopify sends the notification emails, so the live Shopify templates need to be updated before customers see the new footer information.
Emails that have already been sent will not change. The update only affects future notification emails after the updated template is live in Shopify.
If one template needs different footer text
Most stores should update the shared Company settings so the footer stays consistent. If a specific notification template needs different footer text, open that template in the builder, select the Footer component, and edit the relevant content fields in the footer settings panel.
If a Footer field still uses the default store placeholder, it will use the value from Company settings. If you replace a placeholder with fixed text, that template will use the fixed text instead.
Social links
Social links are also managed from Company settings, but each template footer controls whether social icons are shown. For more detail, see: How do I add my social media accounts to my email templates?
Troubleshooting
If the builder still shows old details, refresh UpOrder and reopen the template.
If the builder looks correct but live emails still show old details, publish or update the Shopify version of that notification template again.
If only one template is wrong, check whether that template's Footer component has fixed text instead of the default store placeholders.
