You can contact UpOrder support in either of these ways:

Include these details when you contact us

The more context you include, the faster we can help. If it applies to your question, please include:

  • Your Shopify store URL or myshopify.com domain.

  • The notification template or template set you are working on.

  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead.

  • Any steps you already tried.

  • A screenshot or screen recording if the issue is visual.

  • An example Shopify order number if the issue involves a specific notification email, test email, product recommendation, discount, or report.

Please do not send passwords, full payment details, or other sensitive customer information.

If the question is about Shopify settings

UpOrder can help with your UpOrder templates, components, publishing workflow, and UpOrder reporting. Some settings are controlled by Shopify instead, such as when Shopify triggers a notification, sender email authentication, Shopify billing invoices, or Shopify account permissions.
