UpOrder charges are billed through Shopify, so your official UpOrder bill appears on your Shopify bill. UpOrder does not issue a separate invoice for charges that are processed by Shopify.

Review UpOrder app billing details in Shopify
From your Shopify admin, go to Settings.
Open Apps.
Select UpOrder.
Review the Billing and usage charges section for the current plan, billing cycle, usage charges, and next bill date.
Depending on the timing of Shopify's billing cycle and UpOrder's app billing cycle, app charges can appear on an upcoming Shopify bill rather than immediately on a paid bill. Usage-based app charges can also be split across Shopify bills when the app billing cycle and Shopify billing cycle do not line up exactly.
Inside UpOrder, the Usage & Plans page can help you review your current UpOrder billing tier and usage. Use Shopify's Billing page when you need the official invoice, paid bill, payment status, bill number, or downloadable billing record.
