You can review UpOrder email performance in two places: Analytics and Reports.
Analytics
Open UpOrder from your Shopify admin, then select Analytics from the UpOrder app navigation.
Use Analytics when you want a high-level dashboard for your UpOrder notification emails. The dashboard includes the selected date range, total and unique opens, total and unique clicks, click-to-open rate, lifetime attributed revenue, revenue for the selected period, and an All Notifications chart that breaks revenue down by notification type.
If the chart has data, clicking a notification type opens the Reports page for that notification.
Reports
Open UpOrder from your Shopify admin, then select Reports from the UpOrder app navigation.
Use Reports when you want to review one notification type in more detail. If you open Reports directly, Order confirmation is selected by default. Use the notification type dropdown at the top of the page to switch to another email.
Reports include a date range selector, revenue chart, performance stats, and a Revenue table with the individual revenue records UpOrder has attributed for the selected period.
If you do not see data
If Analytics or Reports show no data, try selecting a wider date range or a different notification type. UpOrder can only show activity that has been recorded for your store in the selected period.
