Your UpOrder dashboard provides an overview of all your notification email performance:

Lifetime Revenue

The top left of the dashboard shows the amount of revenue UpOrder has helped you earn since you first installed the app.

If you want to see how much revenue each email type generated for you within a specific time period, you just need to simply adjust the date range on the top right. Please note that our dashboard only stores historical data for up to one year.

Revenue - All Notifications

In the center of the dashboard is a bar graph that breaks down your revenue generated from UpOrder by notification types.

Clicking on an individual bar will lead you to a detailed Reports page for the selected email type.

Repeat purchases

Repeat purchase is when your customer opens or clicks on a notification email and makes a subsequent purchase from your store within a 7-day attribution window. The revenue from these subsequent purchases is categorized as Repeat Customer Revenue. The Rate Of Repeat Purchase is the percentage of repeat purchases among your total order number.

Discounts

When a customer redeems the unique discount from an UpOrder-powered email in a purchase, the revenue from this purchase is counted towards Revenue From Discounts. Since UpOrder automatically generates a unique discount for each customer, you can easily cross-reference them with the information in the Discounts section of your Shopify admin panel.

Abandoned checkout recovery

When your customer opens an abandoned checkout email and clicks the button to finish their purchase, that abandoned checkout is considered recovered. The Revenue Recovered is the total value of these recovered checkouts. The Recovery Rate is the percentage of recovered checkouts among the total number of abandoned checkouts.

Email Opens and Clicks

Towards the top, you can find a summary of the email opens and clicks for all your Shopify notification emails within the date range you selected:

Reports for Individual Email Type

How to access the Reports?

There are two ways you can access the individual reports page: either by clicking on a bar from the Revenue bar graph or the Reports tab under Home from the left navigation bar.

Email type selection

If you access the Reports page from the navigation bar, the email type Order confirmation is selected by default. Otherwise, the notification type you selected from the bar graph will be highlighted. You can also scroll and select another email type from the list on the left side of the Reports page.

Under each email type is the total revenue generated by that email during the selected date range.

Metrics per email type

On the right are detailed metrics for your selected email type, including total revenue, discounts redeemed, email sends, opens, and click-to-open rate.

Revenue table

To provide full transparency UpOrder displays the records of each Revenue-generating transaction at the bottom of the Reports page.
