UpOrder includes two reporting areas: Analytics and Reports.
Use Analytics when you want a dashboard-style overview of how your UpOrder notification emails are performing. Use Reports when you want to review one notification type in more detail or look at the individual revenue records behind your reporting.
Analytics dashboard
Open UpOrder in your Shopify admin, then select Analytics from the UpOrder app navigation.
The Analytics dashboard shows performance across your UpOrder notification emails for the selected date range. The default date range is usually the last 90 days, and you can change it with the date picker.
The top of the dashboard includes:
Lifetime Revenue: Total attributed revenue UpOrder has recorded for your store since you started using the app.
Revenue per period: Attributed revenue within the selected date range.
Total Opens: Total notification email opens recorded in the selected date range.
Unique Opens: Deduplicated opens recorded in the selected date range.
Total Clicks: Total tracked clicks recorded in the selected date range.
Unique Clicks: Deduplicated tracked clicks recorded in the selected date range.
Click to Open Rate: Unique clicks divided by unique opens.
All Notifications
The All Notifications chart breaks down attributed revenue by notification type for the selected date range. If your store has revenue data in that period, each notification type appears as a bar in the chart.
Clicking a notification type in this chart opens the Reports page for that specific notification type.
Additional dashboard cards
The dashboard also includes cards for repeat purchases, discounts, and abandoned checkout recovery:
Repeat Customer Revenue: Revenue from repeat purchases attributed to UpOrder.
Rate Of Repeat Purchases: Repeat purchases attributed to UpOrder compared with your total purchase count for the selected period.
Revenue From Discounts: Revenue attributed to UpOrder-generated discount codes.
Discounts Redeemed: Number of UpOrder-generated discount codes redeemed in the selected period.
Revenue Recovered: Revenue attributed to recovered abandoned checkouts.
Recovery Rate: Recovered abandoned checkouts compared with abandoned checkout emails opened in the selected period.

Reports
Open UpOrder in your Shopify admin, then select Reports from the UpOrder app navigation.
Reports show performance for one notification type at a time. If you open Reports directly, Order confirmation is selected by default. To switch notification types, use the notification type dropdown at the top of the page.
The Reports page includes:
Date range: Choose the reporting period you want to review.
Revenue chart: View attributed revenue for the selected notification type over time.
Stats: Review total revenue, discounts redeemed, total clicks, unique clicks, click-to-open rate, total opens, unique opens, and email sends when send data is available.
Revenue table: Review the individual revenue records UpOrder has attributed in the selected date range.
The Revenue table includes the order number, email sent date, email open date, customer, amount, discount code, and attribution category. If the table is empty, try selecting a wider date range or a different notification type.
You can also export the Revenue table data as a CSV file. For export details, see: How do I export my UpOrder reports?
A note about reporting differences
It is normal for UpOrder, Shopify, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools to show different numbers. Each system uses its own tracking inputs, attribution rules, and reporting dates.
Use UpOrder reporting to understand how your Shopify notification emails and UpOrder-generated discounts contribute to attributed revenue and repeat purchases.
