UpOrder has an export feature that allows you to download a .csv file for viewing customer ROI data outside of the app.

To download the report, navigate to the Reports section of the app.

Below the Stats section, you will see an Export button. Click this button to download your .csv file. To obtain the data for a specific date range, make sure to adjust the date range bar on the top right-hand corner:

Please note: This export function includes ROI data from ALL different email templates rather than each template individually.

Once you have downloaded the report, you should see a table similar to the one below:

Here is a breakdown of what each of the columns means:

  • Order Number: This is the order number of the new purchase that you can cross-reference in your orders section in Shopify.

  • Email Sent Date: This includes the date and time of when the customer received the email.

  • Email Open Date: This includes the date and time of when the customer last opened the last UpOrder template email they received.

  • Purchase Date: This includes the date and time of when the customer made the repeat purchase.

  • Customer Email: This shows the email address of the customer who placed the repeat purchase.

  • Notification: This shows the specific email that the customer clicked on to generate the repeat purchase.

  • Discount Code: This shows if a discount code was used on the order and what that discount code would be if one was used.

  • Amount: This shows the amount of ROI that was generated for that repeat purchase.
