You can export UpOrder attributed revenue data from the Reports page as a CSV file.
How to export your report
Open UpOrder in your Shopify admin.
Go to Reports.
Choose the date range you want to review.
Scroll to the Revenue table.
Click Export.
UpOrder will download a CSV file named RoiReport.csv.
What the export includes
The export includes attributed revenue records for the selected date range. The current CSV export includes revenue data across all notification types, not only the notification type selected on the Reports page.
The file includes these columns:
Order Number: The Shopify order number for the attributed purchase.
Email Sent Date: When the related UpOrder notification email was sent.
Email Open Date: When the customer opened the related UpOrder notification email, if the attribution came from notification engagement.
Purchase Date: When the attributed Shopify order was placed.
Customer Email: The customer email address associated with the attributed order.
Notification: The notification type associated with the attribution.
Discount Code: The UpOrder-generated discount code, when one was used.
Amount: The attributed order value reported by UpOrder.
If the export is empty
If your CSV does not include any rows, try choosing a wider date range. UpOrder only exports rows where attributed revenue was recorded in the selected period.
