Great question!
By default, UpOrder has included the Shopify default tracking link that pulls up the customer's order status with the fulfillment information such as Courier Company and Tracking number included.
When customers click on that button, it will bring them back to a page that looks like this:
However, if you are using a fulfillment company with a customized tracking page, you are more than welcome to "Track Your Order" call-to-action button with your customized URL link provided by your fulfillment company.
To do so, follow the instructions below:
Click on the set of templates that you are working on and toggle to the "Shipping" email templates from the drop down bar in the middle:
Click on the "Track Order Status" button and on the right side, you will see a field where you can update the "Button Link".
Replace your preferred URL link in this field:Don't forget to "Save" your templates and re-publish the updated template to Shopify so that the changes can take into effect!
