You may see that a redeemed UpOrder discount code with no order information in your Shopify backend. Some orders can take up to 48 hours to populate. However there a few reasons which are an exception to this rule;

  1. The customer could be using a private browser which prevents tracking or an app which stops cookies being tracked.

  2. The customer has cleared their cache and cookies,. This is is the data used for tracking which has been erased.

  3. The customer has switched to another device to complete the purchase.
