Can I make updates to my notification emails now that they are live?

Yes! You can make updates to your Shopify notification emails at any time! We recommend updating your notification emails every quarter to keep them fresh.

You will be able to make the updates to your email templates through the UpOrder template builder by following the below steps:

  1. Log into your UpOrder app through Shopify

  2. Click on "Notifications" on the left side

  3. Select the set of templates you would like to update and click "Edit".

  4. Once you are in the builder, you will be able to update your emails by using the various components and the Template Settings located on the bottom left corner.

    *Pro-Tip: Makes sure to save your changes as you go!

  5. Now that you have made the changes to your emails, all you need to do is set your templates live again in Shopify. Check out our help article here on how to publish your templates to Shopify!

Once you have done this, your updated emails will now start sending to customers!
