Which Shopify notification emails does UpOrder power?

UpOrder helps you customize Shopify notification emails that your store sends to customers. Shopify still triggers and sends the emails; UpOrder controls the design and content of the supported notification templates you publish or copy into Shopify.

UpOrder does not send newsletters, one-off marketing campaigns, or mailing-list broadcasts. For those, use Shopify Email or another email marketing platform. For more context, see What is the difference between UpOrder's Shopify notification emails and typical marketing emails?

The exact templates available in your account can depend on your Shopify store setup and enabled Shopify features. For example, POS, B2B, returns, payment-method, store credit, local delivery, and subscription notifications may only apply if those workflows or features are active for your store.
