Which Shopify notification emails does UpOrder power?

UpOrder helps you customize the Shopify notification emails your store sends to customers. Shopify still triggers and sends the emails; UpOrder controls the design and content of the supported notification templates you publish or copy into Shopify.

UpOrder does not send newsletters, one-off marketing campaigns, or mailing-list broadcasts. For those, use Shopify Email or another email marketing platform.

The exact templates available in your account can depend on your Shopify store setup and enabled Shopify features. For example, POS, B2B, returns, payment-method, and local delivery notifications may only apply if those workflows are active for your store.

UpOrder currently supports the following Shopify notification template groups:

Some templates only appear or apply when the matching Shopify feature is available for your store. If you expected to see a template and do not, contact us at [email protected] or through the in-app chat and we can help confirm whether it is available for your store.
