Your editable UpOrder email templates are in the Notification Templates area of the UpOrder app inside Shopify.
In Shopify, open Apps, open UpOrder, and select Notification Templates. This is the main page for your UpOrder template sets.
Template sets vs. individual email templates
The cards on the Notification Templates page are template sets. A template set is a group of related Shopify notification email templates that share the same overall design. For example, one set can include Order confirmation, Shipping confirmation, Refund, Delivered, Customer account invite, and the other notification emails you customize in UpOrder.
To edit a specific notification email, open the template set first. Then use the dropdown at the top of the builder to switch between the individual email templates in that set.
If you are looking for the live templates Shopify sends
Shopify still triggers and sends your notification emails. UpOrder controls the design and content of the templates you build, but those templates need to be published or copied into Shopify before customers receive them.
If you want to see the version Shopify is currently using, go to your Shopify admin and open Settings > Notifications > Customer notifications. You can preview or send test emails from Shopify there.
