Do I need to create a new set of templates for each email template?

No. You do not need to create a new template set for every individual notification email.

A template set contains multiple Shopify notification templates. After you open a template set in the UpOrder builder, you can use the template dropdown at the top of the builder to switch between the individual notifications in that set.

The exact templates available in a set can depend on your Shopify setup and the UpOrder features enabled for your account.

How to find the templates inside a set

1. From Shopify, open the UpOrder app and go to Notification Templates.

2. Choose the template set you want to work on and click Edit.

3. In the builder, use the dropdown at the top of the screen to switch between notification templates in that set.

When should I create a new template set?

Create a new template set when you want a separate version of your notification templates, such as a new design, a different brand setup, or a set you want to prepare before publishing. For normal edits to an existing notification email, open the existing set and edit the specific template from the dropdown.
