  1. Why is UpOrder no longer supporting Follow Ups?

    Our strength is, and has always been, to provide value through your Shopify notification emails. We know this is where we should focus our resources. For this reason, we have decided to turn off the Follow-Up emails feature


  2. What options do I have now that I can no longer send follow up emails using UpOrder?

    We’re working closely with our partners at Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS for this transition. New customers get a 30% discount on any Omnisend plan using the code: UPORDER.

    If you’d rather use another email service provider, no worries, you can recreate templates with your existing ESP.

  3. How long do I have to migrate my templates off of UpOrder?

    We ask that you kindly recreate your follow-up emails with your preferred email service providers by April 15th, 2023.

  4. Follow-up emails are currently working for me. Can I keep using it?

    Unfortunately no. We will no longer able to keep supporting this feature once we sunset it.

  5. Will this impact my Shopify Notification Email templates?

    This does not impact your Shopify Notification Emails.
    You will be able to continue to access your Shopify Notification Emails by clicking on "Notification Email Templates" on tab located on the left hand side.
