No. UpOrder does not sync mailing lists or send newsletter campaigns.

UpOrder is built for Shopify notification emails. These are the event-based emails Shopify sends after something happens in your store, such as an order confirmation, shipping update, customer account email, gift card email, return notification, or abandoned checkout notification.

Newsletter campaigns are different. They are usually sent to a customer list, subscriber segment, or marketing audience, and they need tools for subscriber consent, unsubscribe handling, list management, segmentation, and campaign reporting.

For newsletter campaigns, use Shopify Messaging, formerly known as Shopify Email, or another email marketing platform such as Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mailchimp, or the ESP your store already uses.

Shopify also supports customer segments, which are dynamic customer lists that can be used for targeted marketing campaigns in Shopify Messaging.

Even though UpOrder does not send newsletters, you can still use UpOrder to improve the Shopify notification emails customers already receive. For example, you can add product recommendations, discounts, featured products, navigation links, social links, and custom content to supported notification templates.

This helps you make better use of high-intent customer emails without turning those emails into newsletter campaigns.
